Kim has been professionally involved with the animal care industry for well over ten years. She owned her own dog boarding/daycare business for ten years before joining Whole Pet in 2023. Kim attended UMass Boston. Kim prides herself on empathizing with the client/patient putting herself in their shoes, and offering compassionate caring service!
